Article 1. About Stefan de Waard Ministries Foundation

The Stefan de Waard Ministries Foundation (hereinafter "the Foundation") aims to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. This aim is realised through:

  • Organising mission trips;
  • Organising campaigns;
  • Providing education and seminars for widows and orphans;
  • Providing spiritual support and prayer for people.

The Foundation is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 95686150 and has its registered office in Municipality of Dussen.


Article 2. Definitions

The following definitions are used in these general terms and conditions:

  • The Foundation: Stefan de Waard Ministries Foundation.
  • Website: All websites and (sub)domains managed and operated by the Foundation.
  • User: Any person using the Foundation's services, events or information.
  • Participant: A person participating in an event organised by the Foundation.
  • Donor: A person or organisation who makes voluntary financial contributions to the Foundation.
  • Event: Activities such as seminars, conferences, campaigns and other meetings organised by the Foundation.

Article 3. General

  1. These terms and conditions apply to any use of the Foundation's services, website and events.
  2. By using the Foundation's services, the user declares his/her agreement with these terms and conditions.
  3. The Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the website and will apply 30 days after publication.
  4. If any provision in these terms and conditions is declared null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 4. Use of Services and Website

  1. The Foundation offers its services in support of its mission and objectives.
  2. The content of the website and services has been compiled with care, but the Foundation cannot guarantee that the information is error-free, complete or up-to-date.
  3. The user is responsible for proper and lawful use of the website and services.
  4. The Foundation is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or services.

Article 5. User content

  1. Users can upload content (such as photos, videos, and forms) for registration or participation in events.
  2. By uploading content, the user grants the Foundation an unrestricted licence to use, publish and edit this content.
  3. The user shall indemnify the Foundation against third-party claims relating to content that infringes third-party rights.

Article 6. Privacy

  1. The Foundation processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  2. By using the website or services, the user consents to the processing of personal data as described in the privacy statement.

Article 7. Donations

  1. Donations to the Foundation are voluntary and are used to support its objectives.
  2. Donations are non-refundable unless there has been an erroneous payment or double debit.
  3. Donors can request a refund within 14 days of payment, stating the donation details.

Article 8. Participation in Events

  1. Participation in Foundation events is voluntary.
  2. Tickets for events are personal and non-transferable.
  3. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry in case of unlawfully obtained tickets or misconduct.
  4. Photo and video material from events may be used by the Foundation for promotional purposes.

Article 9. Policy for Refunds

  1. Refunds will be considered in case of:
    • Erroneous or duplicate payments;
    • A payment with no intention to donate.
  2. Requests for refunds should be submitted within a reasonable period of time to customer service via info@stefandewaard.nl.
  3. If the request is justified, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Article 10. Cancellation policy

  1. Cancellations of subscriptions or donations should be communicated as soon as possible.
  2. Cancellations of event registrations are free of charge if made within the deadline.
  3. Subscriptions or periodic payments can be stopped at any time, subject to 30 days' notice.

Article 11. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All Foundation materials and content are protected by copyright.
  2. Users may not reproduce, distribute or modify this content without the Foundation's prior written consent.

Article 12. Liability

  1. The Foundation is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in events or use of services.
  2. Users indemnify the Foundation against third-party claims related to the use of the services.

Article 13. Applicable law and disputes

  1. These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
